Abstract:
In order to investigate air pollution characteristics and its change tendency from 2003 to 2007 in Changchun, the environmental air quality monitoring data in 6 control points (such as bus-manufacturing factory in the urban area, etc.) were analyzed. The mean annual values of PM
10, SO
2 and NO
3, and the days of different pollution types were given by the evaluation method of API. At the same time, atmospheric pollutant sources had been found out. The results indicate that air pollution increases with fluctuation from 2003 to 2007 in Changchun. According to the above characteristics, the forming reasons are analyzed in terms of meteorological conditions and urban energy consumption. At last, a series of countermeasures and suggestions on air pollution and energy saving as well as emission reduction are put forward.
