Abstract: Network system and information center building projects in regional meteorological observation station of municipal level were summarized. How to select the software from the different manufacturers or the third party software was introduced in order to solve the practical questions such as data receiving, operation monitoring, data uploading, quality analyzing and report forms printing and so on. At the same time, the real-time information inquiry subsystem and rainfall automatic alarm subsystem were developed according to the application service needs. Accordingly, a set of integrated project of information center application system in the regional meteorological observation station of municipal level was constructed.
