Abstract: According to the statistical data from the income of meteorological science and technological service in Rizhao city from 2000 to 2005,the development status of the meteorological science and technological service was analyzed.The result showed that the income of the meteorological science and technological service increased year by year,but the amplitudes was not steady.The development of each service item was unbalanced,and the differences were obvious.The income of thunder stream protection service and meteorological information service called on "12121" increased year by year,but that of meteorological advertisement and celebration ceremony service decreased yearly.There were some crises in the development of last two items.Regarding to the actual conditions and problems of meteorological science and technological service,some countermeasures were put forward about how to speed up the development of meteorological science and technological services.
