    Optimization of operation parameters of sequencing batch reactor(SBR) wastewater treatment equipment

    • The effects of aeration time,sludge load,distribution of aeration and anaerobic time,and pH value on COD removal of wastewater in the sequencing batch reactor(SBR) were discussed by the domestic wastewater samples.The results show that optimization operation parameters of anaerobic time,aeration time and sedimentation time with SBR are 2.5 h,2.0 h and 1.0 h if air temperature is 20±5 ℃ in the room and pH value of inlet reaches 6.45—7.55,and the sludge load and the concentration of mixed liquid suspended substance(MLSS) are 0.049—0.082 kg BOD5/kg and 3000—5000 mg·L-1,respectively.Under these optimization conditions,the average removal rates of COD,BOD5,NH3—N,TP and SS are 85.45%,95.23%,80.25%,95.04% and 85.84%.The water quality of outlet can reach the grade A of "discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plan(GB 18918-2002).
