Discussion on prevention and cure countermeasures of air pollution in the city group of middle Liaoning province

Based on the characteristics of air pollution and its tendency in the city group of middle Liaoning province, the rules and countermeasures of prevention and cure of air pollution were discussed. Air pollution belongs to the smoke-vehicle exhausted gas-dust combined type in the city group of middle Liaoning province. Controlling the air pollutants emission and making air quality up to the standard based on environmental capacity estimation become the last object of comprehensive prevention and control of air pollution. Developing clean energy sources, planning the layout of city, regulating the layout of industry and controlling air pollutants emission are the main methods of prevention and cure of air pollution. Decreasing the total amount of air pollutant emission is also important. Plans of prevention and cure of air pollution for city group are made by some measures such as control of total air pollutant emission, concentration control, industrial structure adjustment and technical improvement.
