Strategy and mechanism on water pollution prevention of Liaohe River Basin in Liaoning province

In accordance with the severe situation on security of water environment in Liaohe River Basin of Liaoning province,the main causes induced water environmental issues were analyzed in terms of industrial structural adjustment and economic arrangement,environmental resource value,investment mechanism of environmental protection.At the same time,the existing strategies and reasonable mechanisms related to water pollution prevention for Liaohe River Basin in Liaoning province were discussed extensively in order to support sustainable management of water pollution prevention in Liaohe River Basin.
