Forecasting the influence of concentrated saltwater on Jinzhou Gulf area

In terms of the technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment of marine engineering,the monitoring data of Jinzhou Gulf water quality,investigation data of the halobios of Jinzhou Gulf area,and the calculations of the salt degree increment when concentrated saltwater was drained into the sea directly,the influence of the desalted concentrated saltwater on the sea water quality and halobios was analyzed.The results indicated that the influence of the concentrated saltwater on Jinzhou gulf area was little when the tonnage was 83 632 t/d and the content of chlorine was below 35 000 mg/L.
