A calculating method of water environmental capacity for persistent pollutants and its application in Daliaohe Basin

Based on the mobility and transfer characteristics of persistent pollutants,this paper not only provided a calculating method of water environmental capacity for persistent pollutants,but also applied it to the Daliaohe Basin.The maximum allowable loads of the persistent pollutants stated in environmental quality standard for surface water(GB3838-2002)were analyzed.All these provided a kind of technical method for the total emission control of basin persistent pollutants based upon water environmental capacity.
