Development of an automatic platform for Shenyang weather forecasting service

Automatic platform for weather forecasting service is necessary for realizing the modernization and the automation of weather forecasting service and improving the efficiency and the quality of weather forecasting service.Thus,an automatic platform for Shenyang weather forecasting service was developed,and its structure and function was introduced in this paper.This automatic platform was based on multiple computer languages(VB,VF,VC,FORTRAN),ARCVIEW software and the spatial analysis module of geographic information system(GIS),visible weather forecasting intercommunication network system channel and "9210" project.
