Impacts of suspended substance from the expansion engineering of Yingkou port on oceanic environment

    • Based on the simulation of the tidal current movement and the suspended substance diffusion model, the impacts of the suspended substance on the oceanic water quality and oceanic organisms were analyzed during the port expansion engineering of Yingkou port in this paper. The results indicated that the affected range of the suspended substance was within the oceanic bulwark during the expansion engineering of Yingkou port, and this expansion engineering would result in less negative effects on the oceanic environment in sea areas out of the Yingkou port.
