Design and realization of sharing platform on products of CINRAD

According to video display terminals of radar products and correspondence conditions in Liaoning Meteorological Bureau,as well as the 2M digital circuit distributed among provinces,cities and counties,a new sharing platform of CINRAD was designed with FTP agreement in order to transmit CINRAD products to the meteorological departments distributed in Liaoning Province automatically and real-timely.And the sharing platform of radar products was also realized.
