In order to make the contents, types, formats, manufacture, issue and division of decision-making meteorological service products standardization and systematization, the decision-making meteorological service platform in Liaoning was developed based on the work idea, method and workflow of decision-making meteorological service by Visual C# programming language and .NET framework. It can realize statistic analysis, template editor, products standardization issue and knowledge base inquiry and so on, and it can also be used to the operation of decision-making service center.
