摘要/Abstract

摘要： 气象信息是奥运会INFO 2008在线内部网络信息系统一个重要组成部分。为了满足2008年奥运会对气象信息的高时效、高安全、高质量的要求，需要建立一套安全可靠的稳定的网络体系结构，规范的数据流程、数据格式、合理的数据库等内容，从而实现气象信息在奥运比赛场地各终端实时显示气象实况、预报和预警信息。从系统目标、网络结构、软件设计、数据库设计、运行与开发环境等方面介绍了INFO 2008气象信息系统。结果表明：气象部门提供给INFO 2008系统4类气象信息数据（当日及未来6d天气区域预报X20、区域天气警报X21、场馆实况X22、场馆未来3日逐3h预报C49），从时效、数据种类、信息安全等方面都满足了奥运气象服务要求,可为重大气象服务活动气象信息系统的建立和实现提供参考。

Abstract: INFO 2008 system is the web application for information distributions to the Olympic family and media. Meteorological information plays an important role in INFO 2008 system of Beijing Olympic Games network information. A set of safe and stable network system was established in order to satisfy the needs of meteorological information during Beijing Olympic Games, including the credible network structure, normative data flow and format, reasonable database etc.. Consequently, live weather, forecast and warning information will be displayed in each terminal of Olympic Games sites. The meteorological information system in INFO 2008 was introduced from system aim, network structure, software design, database design, running and developing conditions and so on. The results indicate that the meteorological information provided by the meteorological department for INFO 2008 system including region forecast (X20), region alerts (X21), venue detailed forecast (C49) and venue current weather conditions (X22) can satisfy the needs of Olympic Games weather service, and it can provide the references for the establishment of meteorological information system of important meteorological service.
