摘要： 从液氯运输过程中的风险因子和环境因素的识别出发,对液氯运输过程中可能存在的风险进行了分析,并采用L.E.C模式对存在的环境风险进行评价,提出了相应的预防措施。

Abstract: In terms of the identification of risk and environment factors during the transportation of liquid chlorin,the possible risks were analyzed and the existing risks were evaluated with L.E.C.model.Moreover,the relevant preventive measures were put forward.
