摘要: 结合近年来中国和其他国家有关石油污染土壤微生物修复研究的进展,阐述了石油污染土壤微生物修复的原理、现状及影响因素,并指出了目前石油污染土壤微生物修复过程中存在的主要问题。初步探讨了冻融作用在石油污染土壤微生物修复过程中,对土壤微生物、环境因子的影响,以期为微生物修复技术在中国东北地区石油污染土壤中的实际应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Based on the related studies during the recent decade on microbial remediation of petroleum-contaminated soil,the principle,present situation and influencing factors of microbial remediation were summarized.Meanwhile,the existing problems were also mentioned in this paper.The effects of freezing and thawing on microorganism and environmental factors in the microbial remediation of petroleum-contaminated soil were discussed in order to improve remediation efficiency of petroleum-contaminated soil in northeastern China.
