摘要: 介绍了供电保障系统在沈阳区域气象中心业务中的重要作用及无功补偿的基本原理,概述了在应用设计中选择无功补偿装置的配置地点及智能式复合开关无功补偿成套装置的性能、结构及特点,并从减少输电线路和变压器的损耗、增加变压器及输电线路的利用率、改善电压质量、获得力率电费奖励4个方面分析了无功补偿的经济价值。应用表明:采用无功补偿技术可节约资金20多万元,达到了预期改造的目的,经济效益和社会效益较为显著。

Abstract: The importance of power support system to the operation in Shenyang regional meteorological center and the basic principle of reactive power compensation technology were introduced in this paper.The configuration site of reactive power compensation device and the functions,structures and features of intelligent composite switch reactive power compensation device were also summarized.The economic value of reactive power compensation technology was analyzed in terms of decreasing the loss transmission line and transformer,increasing the efficiency of transmission line and transformer,improving the voltage quality and obtaining the award of power supply charge.The results showed that the application of the reactive power compensation technology would save the capital about 200 thousands RMB,and its economic and social efficiency were remarkable.
