摘要： 利用TM陆地卫星资料提取辽宁省水资源数据信息,应用地理信息系统软件ArcView,建立了辽宁省水资源数据库系统。通过对地表水、水利工程数据库的建立与基础数据的管理,实现了水资源空间与属性数据的显示、查询、统计分析等功能。

Abstract: Water resources database system was constructed with the ArcView3.1 software,using water resources information in Liaoning province obtained by TM image.In terms of the foundation of the ground water and hydraulic engineering database and the management of the basic data,the functions of display,query and statistical analysis on spatial and attribute data of water resources were realized.
