摘要： 介绍了辽宁省海洋气象业务服务系统的总体结构,并对系统所包含的海洋气象预报专用数据库、海洋气象预报方法和海洋气象预报业务工作平台进行了概述。系统的业务应用结果表明:系统为预报员提供了能够满足实时业务需要的海洋气象预报业务工作平台,研制的海风、海雾和台风暴雨等客观预报方法能够为预报员提供有价值的海洋气象预报参考信息。

Abstract: The structure of the marine meteorological operational service system in Liaoning province was introduced in this paper.The marine meteorological database and the marine meteorological forecast method as well as the platform of marine meteorological forecast and service in this system were described in detail.As the operational platform,the system could provide with the objective forecasting of the sea wind,fog,rainstorms and typhoon,which was helpful to forecasters.
