摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为实现辽宁决策气象服务从产品内容、产品类型、产品形式、产品制作、产品签发和产品分发的规范化、系统化，采用Visual C#语言在.Net Framework系统框架下以决策气象服务的工作思路、方法和流程为基础，开发了辽宁省决策气象服务工作平台，实现了决策气象信息的统计分析、模板化编辑、规范化发布、知识库信息查询等功能。系统可在决策服务中心的业务工作中应用。

Abstract: In order to make the contents, types, formats, manufacture, issue and division of decision-making meteorological service products standardization and systematization, the decision-making meteorological service platform in Liaoning was developed based on the work idea, method and workflow of decision-making meteorological service by Visual C# programming language and .NET framework. It can realize statistic analysis, template editor, products standardization issue and knowledge base inquiry and so on, and it can also be used to the operation of decision-making service center.
