基于UNICORE的分布式气象网格计算平台的构建

摘要: 目前越来越多的超级计算领域,正采用网格技术来实现多个计算节点协作的分布式计算环境,以提高计算能力。利用国际领先的网格思想和国家气象网络计算应用系统建设的前期研究成果,在沈阳区域气象中心首次实现了基于UNICORE的分布式气象网格计算平台的构建,并通过气象宽带网络将沈阳区域气象中心高性能计算机系统作为区域分节点加入到国家气象网格平台。结果表明:UNICORE提供了统一的接口和简单易用、功能丰富的客户端,利用网格计算平台,用户在Windows个人计算机上通过图形用户界面可以从网格计算平台中获得对计算和数据资源的访问,可以准备和修改作业结构,提交作业,并可以利用作业监视器监视和控制已提交的作业。

Abstract: In order to improve the computing ability, more and more super computing fields are constructed by grid technology to realize the distributed computing environment of multi-computing nodes. Based on the advanced international theory of grid and results of national meteorological network computing application system, the construction of distributed meteorological grid computing platform in Shenyang regional meteorological center was realized. High performance computer(HPC)in Shenyang was joined in national meteorological grid platform as a regional branch node via meteorological broadband network. The results show that UNICORE could provide uniform interfaces for users and had a simple use client with abundant function. Users could access the calculation process and data resources on their own personal computers, and could prepare, modify or submit work structure, monitor and control these jobs when they enter the grid computing platform through the graphical user interface.
