摘要: 随着我国公路、航空和水运等交通运输业的快速发展,雾的不利影响越来越明显,也越来越受到人们的关注。如何有效降低雾对交通运输的不利影响,已成为交通管理和气象部门的重要工作目标之一。通过分析雾的发生特点及雾的时空分布特征,针对雾对交通运输的不利影响,提出从加大能见度监测仪设置密度、提高交通气象预报精度、制订严格的高速公路雾天交通运行规定、加强和完善雾天交通预警系统等几个方面积极采取应对措施,最大程度降低雾对我国交通运输的不利影响。

Abstract: The effects of fog are drawing more and more attention with the rapid development of traffic and transportation industry such as road, airline and water transportation. How to reduce effectively the impacts of fog is becoming one of the goals of traffic administration and meteorological department. Related countermeasures were brought up such as increasing the density of visibility monitoring instruments, improving the forecast accuracy of traffic meteorology, drawing the traffic rules on highway under fog weather, strengthening the warning of fog and so on according to the characteristics of fog occurrence and its distributions, in order to reduce the disadvantageous effects of fog on traffic and transportation in China.
