2009年冬季至2010年春季黑龙江省气温持续偏低成因

Analysis of continuous low temperature anomaly from winter of 2009 to spring of 2010 in Heilongjiang province

摘要: 利用常规观测的温度资料和中国国家气候中心提供的环流特征量、NCEP/NCAR再分析资料及美国气候预测中心(CPC)提供的AO指数等,分析了2009年11月至2010年4月中高纬大气环流异常特征,探讨了AO与同期气温的关系。分析表明:黑龙江省冬春气候异常与500 hPa大尺度环流背景有关。冬春持续偏冷,对应北半球欧亚中高纬地区呈“-+-”的波列分布,90°-180°E呈现出“北正南负”的环流形势;北半球极涡面积偏大,冬季东亚大槽位置偏西,春季东亚大槽强度偏强,冬春AO指数持续异常偏强,显著负位相。

Abstract:  Based on the conventionally observational temperature data, the circulation characteristics from the national climate center (NCC) of China, the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data and the arctic oscillation (AO) index from the climate prediction center (CPC) of U.S. and so on, the abnormal characteristics of atmosphere circulation in the middle and higher latitudes from November 2009 to April 2010 were analyzed and the relationship between AO index and synchronous temperature were discussed. The results indicate that climate anomaly of winter and spring in Heilongjiang province is related to 500 hPa large scale circulation. Corresponding middle and higher latitudes areas in North Hemisphere exist “- + -” wave train distribution and circulation pattern is the positive in the north and the negative in the south in the range of 90°E to 180°E because of continuous low temperature in winter and spring. Polar vortex areas in North Hemisphere are larger. The location of East Asia major trough is leaning to the west in winter and strengthening in spring. AO index in winter and spring are abnormally strong and it is in a negative phase significantly.
